Heartly uses third-party AI services to generate responses. Information you submit may be processed by those providers to provide Heartly.

Your device and tracking

Heartly may store conversation history and preferences in your browser. You can clear the current conversation using the available chat controls.

Heartly does not currently use third-party advertising trackers. We may use limited first-party analytics to understand site usage, such as visits, chat starts, and conversion events. Analytics do not store chat message content. Service providers may collect information needed to operate the service.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures intended to protect the service. Providers may process information in other countries. No online service can promise complete security.
