Heartly is an AI-powered relationship guidance service. It is not a dating site, matchmaking marketplace, or platform for communication between users, and it does not connect users with other users. Heartly is not therapy, medical care, or emergency care, and it is not an adult, erotic, or sexual companion service.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use Heartly to:

• Request or generate pornographic or sexually explicit content.
• Request erotic roleplay or sexual companion behavior.
• Create, request, or sexualize content involving minors.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, stalk, or target another person.
• Encourage or facilitate self-harm or violence.
• Plan, facilitate, or conceal illegal activity.
• Commit fraud, scams, impersonation, or deceptive activity.
• Bypass or probe Heartly safeguards and safety controls.
• Harm, manipulate, or exploit another person.

Safety and enforcement

Use Heartly in good faith and respect other people's privacy and safety. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency or support services rather than relying on Heartly.
